Over the past 22 years, I have received the most valuable education I could have received. Not from courses. Not from books. But from you .
Those customers have shared so much with me and us about how the product has provided relief and quick help for a wide variety of challenges.
About psoriasis and pustulosis palmoplantaris.
About eczema that subsides overnight.
About 26 years of addiction to nasal spray that quickly ended with Vossabia.
About itching in the abdomen that subsides.
About a headache that stops burning.
About children who finally sleep without itching.
About years of nocturnal cramps coming to an end.
About acne disappearing and self-confidence returning.
It is a living treasure trove. And it must be shared generously so that as many people as possible can know - if they need it.

When I develop a product, I am deeply immersed in herbalism . I read, study, know the plants, evaluate properties and compositions. I put together herbs that will support the skin, body – and yes, often the mind too. And there are specific properties that I am looking for for each product.
But then something happens that goes far beyond theory. Then the magic happens.
When plants get to work together, when they become a little team in a pot, more happens than I can even begin to imagine.

And that's where they come in. Because they're the ones who have shown me how much more these products can actually do.
I often call them little Kindereggs .
Because they almost always contain more than one surprise.
This is a living archive . A gift of breathing, and often moving experiences. Empiricism in its most beautiful form – people sharing what actually happened.
I have developed each product with the intention of giving people many uses per product. In this way, I want to tell a story about herbs and plants as well. About how much health power, nutrition and care potential they contain. And I could say a lot from herbalism and theory, but honestly - most of the expanded uses I have learned from you!

- Nina R:

Just yesterday, after 22 years of using the product, I learned something new. I learned a new word: pustulosis palmoplantaris .
A skin condition I've never heard of. And thus information about a new use for Chamomile Balm based on lived and experienced life.
Ann BS wrote:
“I think it helped me with my pustulosis palmoplantaris which is a type of psoriasis that is difficult to treat. I am very happy!”
Think about it. After 22 years, I'm still learning about my own products. And Ann has been helped with something I never knew existed. It's so raw. I'm so humbled, so grateful, and it stimulates me immensely. It's the herbs interacting with each other – and the open, brave customers who dare to share – I thank you!

Psoriasis was one of the first things customers started talking about very early in Vossabia's history. Now, messages come in every single week.
For years, several customers have reported that they have received coverage through HELFO when a dermatologist has documented the need and confirmed the effect. A great many of these responses about public reimbursement concern Chamomile Balsam. and Shampoo (scalp psoriasis is widespread and very troublesome), but also Calendula Balm and Body Balm are mentioned regarding psoriasis:
- Linda J.
And Line tells about a close family member who had suffered from head lice for a long time:
“Tried the shampoo with wild herbs and chamomile conditioner, and it's absolutely great! I'm SO happy! Her hair is also shiny and she doesn't use conditioner.”
It moves me – both because it soothes, and because it shows how the combination of the right herbs can do something greater together than each alone.

And then there's eczema. The big recurring theme. It's crazy how many people have eczema to varying degrees and different types. And whether it's atopic or seborrheic , there are so many who share positive experiences and are happy to have finally found something that helps.
Johan W. simply writes:
“I have tried 'everything' for eczema etc. Your product works.”
Bastian S. W:
"So good with creams with natural ingredients, got rid of eczema and redness on my face. I use eye balm, Calendula Balm , lip balm and sea buckthorn and nettle. All are incredibly long-lasting."
Inger JV tells about her grandchildren:
“All ointments and creams work… used on both of my grandchildren with eczema and heat rash and after a short time they are fine. Recommend Vossabia to everyone I know, including health centers."
And when parents come to the store and almost have tears in their eyes because their child no longer itches and burns from eczema – when the children pick up the “bee ointment” and smear it on themselves, because it was finally a product that didn’t sting and that helped. That’s when I really feel that this is bigger than skincare.

It's not just eczema that kids get the "bee ointment" from

Calendula Balm . Chamomile Balm . Shampoo . Cold Cream . Sunscreen . Body Balm . Even Panther Balm .
All of these we get feedback on regarding eczema, although it is mostly on Calendula Balm and Chamomile Balm. It always makes me think about how fascinatingly differently we respond to different products – and how often the solution lies in finding the “ right team ” of herbs for the right body.
Maybe it's about what the individual is missing in their body , and someone needs the composition in Calendula Balm and the other one in Body Balm?

- Christine R.

Then comes all the feedback that almost becomes a whisper , that may feel taboo , but that brave and nice people still share.
- Abdominal discomfort
- Sore skin underneath
- Lichen sclerosus
- Anal fissure
- Hemorrhoids.
- Ida
- K.
- Kari
- Anne S.
Imagine being able to put on jeans again without it stinging and bothering you. Imagine getting rid of the constant itching in your lower abdomen. Imagine being able to be close with your partner without pain.
Messages like this make me quiet. And deeply grateful.

Then there are the more unexpected treasures.
- Watery eyes
- Swollen eye
- Stuffy nose
- Nasal spray addiction for 26 years – suddenly let go
- Migraine
- Growing pains in children
- Cramps
- Varicose veins
- Mosquitoes, gnats and ticks
The products are truly small skin pharmacies. Small plant-based teams that work broadly, balancing and strengthening. And they are the ones who have documented it – through experience, through the courage to share, through honesty.
That's perhaps the best thing of all: These are not advertising claims. They are lives lived.

- Little
“For the first time, a sunscreen that doesn't sting your eyes.”
- Elaine

So in the next few weeks I want to delve deeper into some of these topics. Growing pains in children. Scalp problems. Psoriasis. Maybe dry mucous membranes in the lower abdomen and fragile skin?
Because if there's one thing I've learned in 22 years, it's this: When a customer shares, it helps many more people than the person who shared it.
Is there anything you would like me to write more about? Please let me know. Maybe your experience will be the next chapter in this living treasure chest.
