Calendula Balm - which is Heidi's ultimate day cream that has made her facial skin incredibly much finer (she struggled with acne and blemished skin, among other things), super hand cream, great for wounds and skin damage, is wonderful and soothing for both women and men as an aftershave salve, for eczema and much more.

EYE BALM (15 ml) - Apply around Heidi's eyes every night, but often as a night cream all over her face and neck. The ointment contains pomegranate (full of antioxidants and therefore great against wrinkles and lines, namely the antioxidants we need), arnica (great for puffy eyes) and hemp (rich in omega 3, GLA and other essential fatty acids we need). Heidi loves it so much that I often get night-time snaps of Heidi in bed smeared with a little too much Eye Balm 😂

BODY BALM (100 ml) - oh my, she loves this delicious wild herbal stuff! Incredibly smooth and delicious to rub all over her body! With red clover, yarrow and St. John's wort from our hills. Heidi moans when she rubs this on, and I shake my head a little, but I think she's lovely then 😍 So fabulous on the whole body, but also here and there if you have dry "scaly" legs, or on wounds that won't heal etc. She also loves it on her breasts and stomach 💚
