But, don't worry, we've made products on Primus before! Power outages won't stop Vossabia production! 🤣
So then it will be a white Christmas! ☃️ And that's the best thing we know! We also plan to spend a few days together on the sofa, enjoying Christmas peace and marzipan and a Christmas tree from our forest. 🎄We are actually on the verge of choosing a juniper tree from the forest this year, inspired by last week's reminiscence and nostalgia from our childhood spruce Christmas tree! But, in the end, we really just have to choose a fairly nice tree that we can find fairly easily in the forest up here. With homemade decorations and a little good old-fashioned glitter ✨ it will be wonderful!
This last week before Christmas there is a lot going on here, even though the pace is rightly slowing down a bit now. Here on the farm there is full production and packing 😅 and we have been looking at some great drawings for a new production facility that we are going to build here (weeee!!) 🤩 In Bergen, there is a lot of excitement at the Oasen shopping center even on Christmas Eve with our super nice pop-up store, and then there is a lot of fun with Vossabia on Helseposten TV these days too! 📺 Those who have TV Østfold, Østlandet and Trøndelag can watch the two great episodes on TV, but otherwise you can watch the story of Vossabia and another episode on Helseposten's website. So of course I recommend it as this year's Christmas movies! 🐝🎄🌼

Merry Christmas to everyone with some Christmas baking with honey (from us honey-crazy people!) 🍯
🥥🍯 Coconut macaroons with honey (replace the sugar)
For about 25 pieces you will need:
· 4 egg whites
· 2 dl honey from your local beekeeper for example
· 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
· 1 pinch of salt
· 250 gr coconut pulp
Here's how you do it:
· Set the oven to 180 degrees
· Beat egg whites by hand until slightly foamy, then add honey, vanilla sugar and salt and mix well.
· Stir in the coconut mass until everything is well mixed.
· Use two spoons and form small peaks, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
· Bake for 8-10 minutes in the middle of the oven. Cool before dipping in dark organic chocolate.
We were missing some of our good employees in the picture today, but this good group wishes everyone a wonderful and preferably white Christmas, filled with joy and love ❤️ And we send many warm thoughts to Palestine and everyone who is facing a hard Christmas.
Warm greetings from the Vossabiene 🐝
