The shampoo is gentle to use, so you may need less than you're used to 😁

The body balm is super soft and very gentle to use, so be careful with the amount! It absorbs quickly into the skin and can be used all over the body. Absolutely wonderful after swimming/bathing 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Minideo Skog can be applied directly to the armpits with a small amount on a finger. This will keep you fresh and delicious all day and evening 💗

Skog deo is a fresh and delicious deodorant that you apply under your arms like any other ointment. It is a superfood under your arms 👍🤩 and it keeps you dry and fresh under your arms, and our experience (and fortunately many with us) is that it keeps sweat odor away for a whole day and then some. If you have only used deodorants with aluminum and other ingredients that are not so easy for the body to handle (i.e. "regular" deodorants), you may notice more sweat odor a few days after you switch to a completely natural and very healthy deodorant.
