🌺 How to use the face scrub:Remember that it comes as a fragrant flower powder, so don't hold the jar at an angle when you open it. Hold the jar upright, unscrew and either find a teaspoon or pick up the powder with dry hands. Mix by hand or in an egg glass.
🧽 As a scrub (2–4 times a week):Take about 1 tsp of powder in your hand, mix with water (or oil, honey, yogurt...) and massage in circular motions. Rinse off with lukewarm water. TIP: Use in the shower – it makes the whole experience easier and extra delicious!
(NOTE: do not get water in the box – use a dry spoon or hand!)
Mix with honey, yoghurt or avocado and leave on for 15-20 minutes before scrubbing it off with water.

🍼🌸 The story of the Rose and Red Clover Scrub – a double birth!
Did you know that the Rose and Red Clover Scrub was born just 10 weeks after my son, Jonatan? 👩🍼
In 2019, I was heavily pregnant – with both baby and scrub! 🤰
Jonatan was born on July 3rd, and I had decided that the scrub would be launched at the Bergen Food Festival in September. So it was time to start harvesting flowers – amidst the fog of breastfeeding and diapers, with a loose pelvis and a weak back...

Picking roses 5 days before giving birth was just wonderful, in a standing position and a deluxe sensory experience! Worse with harvesting red clover 6 weeks after Jonatan's birth, in a less than optimal position for his back and pelvis 😉 and with time pressure on top of that, as the tractor and forage harvesters approached and mowed the grass!
And let me just say this: Standing bent over for hours picking red clover, one flower at a time, right after giving birth...
