✨ A little taster recipe
To give you a little taste of the atmosphere, I want to share a simple, but super delicious recipe here and now.
This is a little pre-Christmas gift from me to you – you make it in under 5 minutes, and then all you have to do is enjoy.
This is typical of my Ylva, she loves to mix up a face mask and enjoy an evening with a mask on 💛
🌿 Bonus recipe: Oat & Mint face mask
Soothing, softening, cleansing and perfect in the dark 🌙
- 1 dl oat flour
- 2 tsp dried peppermint
- 1 tsp dried chamomile
- Blend everything together in a blender until it becomes a fine powder, and store in a glass or small bowl.
- Use 1–2 teaspoons of the powder and stir in either water, cooled herbal tea (use the same herbs as in the mask), or a little honey.
- Mix to a porridge consistency, apply to your face (and preferably your neck), and leave on for 15 minutes – or as long as you like.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water while massaging in small circular motions for an extra scrubbing effect.
Finish with Calendula Balm or Sea Buckthorn & Nettle . Simply... heavenly. ✨
